•  You can tailor the superstructure design of your new home to suit your individual needs. This can include the addition of a garden room or room above the garage, changing the internal partitions, or adjusting the   positions of windows and doors.

•  You will choose your bespoke luxury kitchen and bathrooms, with the help of our specialist designer.

•  You choose your woodburning stove and surround, and can select where radiators, power sockets and light fittings will be placed.

•  You can select the internal design and finishes of your new home, from flooring, to paint colours, and tiles. This is where you can truly let your imagination create the home of your dreams.

•  We provide an aftercare service for a period of 12 months after you receive your keys, to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new home.
