The Good House Company has built a well-earned reputation for delivering beautifully designed luxury homes in Perth & Kinross and surrounding areas. Founded in 2006 we have built over 100 luxury homes. From exciting new developments to bespoke single builds, renovations, and extensions, we can manage every aspect of your building project from concept to completion.
We have an appreciation for how stunning the local countryside is, and our experienced design team and project managers strive to design developments that are sympathetic to the area. We incorporate energy-saving materials and technologies, to ensure that your new home is as energy-efficient as possible. We also undertake single-build projects and can work with your chosen architect to bring your vision to life.
As a client of The Good House Company, you will enjoy the opportunity to fully customise your new home. From room layouts and additions to all internal finishes, we will work with you to personalise every detail of your build. We have a team of experienced project managers, skilled tradespeople and trusted suppliers, who will guide you through the process from start to finish.
